Investment options to apply for citizenship

New Investment Options
Saint Lucia announced some exciting new programmes to attract direct foreign investment and high net worth individuals.
Establishment of Company Headquarters
Companies who set up Headquarters in Saint Lucia with a minimum of 10 employees are exempted from income tax as well as from import duties on materials and equipment for the business. Employees are also exempted from the payment of personal income tax and foreign employees are exempted from the requirement to obtain work permits. Office space must be owned or leased for a minimum period of 2 years.
Residency Programme
A US $300,000 qualifying investment in real estate or entry into a monthly lease of property for at least US $2,500 for a period of 2 years will qualify an applicant for Residency.
